น่าจะเป็นที่ในใช้งาน Transaction ได้มีการเปิด RecordSet ขึ้นมามากกว่า 1 ตัวครับ ซึ่งปกติจะสามารถเปิดได้แค่ 1 ตัวเท่านั้น ถ้าเป็น Database Access หรือ SQL Server น่ะครับ
