1 your current security setting prohibit running Active X controls on this page or
2 you have blocked a publisher of one of the controls As a result the page might not display correctly

1. Check the security settings in Internet explorer: To do this, follow these steps:
a. Start Internet Explorer.
b. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
c. In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Security tab.
d. Click Default Level.
e. Click OK.
