การทำ mod_rewrite บน IIS การแปลง Convert .htaccess เป็น Web.Config (IIS and PHP) ใครจะเชื่อหรือไม่ก็ตามว่าในปัจจุบันนั้น IIS ได้ให้ความสนใจและพัฒนา extension ที่จะสามารถรองรับ htaccess ของ apache extension ซึ่งนั่นก็หมายความว่า เราสามารถที่จะรัน php บน iis ที่เรียกใช้งาน mod_rewrite ได้เช่นเดียวกัน โดยทั้งหมดนี้เราจะทำบน Web.Config ซึ่งคนที่เคยเขียน ASP.NET จะรู้จักดี วันถุประสงค์เช่นเดียวกับ .htaccess บน Linux แต่แตกต่างกันที่ Web.Config สามารถที่จะเรียกใช้ Resource ต่าง ๆ ได้จากโปรแกรมที่เราเขียน แต่ .htaccess เป็นการทำงานในระดับ Web Server ซึ่ง php ไม่สามารถเรียกใช้ค่าใน .htaccess ได้

ในบทความนี้จะต่อยอดการทำ SEO ในบทความเก่า ๆ ที่ผมเคยเขียนไว้ โดนเริ่มจาก

จากในตัวอย่างมีการใช้ .htaccess ดังนี้

เราสามารถเขียน Web.Config บน IIS + PHP ได้เป็น

Web.Config

<configuration>
   <system.webServer>
      <httpErrors>  
        <remove statusCode="404" subStatusCode="-1" />                
        <error statusCode="404" path="/index.php" responseMode="ExecuteURL" />                
      </httpErrors>
      <modules runAllManagedModulesForAllRequests="true"/>
   </system.webServer>
</configuration>

ตัวอย่างที่ 2 เทคนิคการใช้ mod_rewrite ของ apache ซึ่งนิยมใช้กันมาก

Mod Rewrite (mod_rewrite) ด้วย Apache สร้าง URL Friendly รองรับ SEO ด้วย (.htaccess)

ในตัวอย่างมีการใช้งาน .htaccess เป็น

RewriteEngine On

RewriteRule ^view/([0-9]+)/$ viewdetail.php?id=$1
RewriteRule ^view/([0-9]+)$ /view/$1/ [R]

ขั้นตอนการแปลง .htaccess เป็น Web.Config

Download the URL Rewrite module

- Download the x86 version of the URL Rewrite module
- Download the x64 version of the URL Rewrite module

ให้ดาวน์โหลด Extension สำหรับ IIS มาก่อนครับ

เลือก Install

กำลังติดตั้ง

ติดตั้งเรียบร้อยแล้ว

Convert .htaccess to Web.Config IIS

ให้เปิด IIS ของเราจะมี URL Rewrite แสดงขึ้นมา

คลิกขวาเลือก Inbound Rules -> Import Rules...

Brown เลือกไฟล์ .htaccess โดยอาจจะเลือก Save ไฟล์ที่อยู่ กรณีไม่มีให้สร้างไว้ที่ไหนซะแห่งก็ได้

เลือก .htaccess

จากนั้นให้คลิกที่ Import ซึ่งเราจะได้ Xml View ดังรูป ให้ Copy ไปใช้กับ Web Config ได้ทันที

เมื่อได้ Code ให้เอาไปวางไว้ใน Web.Config ตำแหน่งที่

    <system.webServer>

    </system.webServer>
</configuration>

เช่น

Web.Config

<configuration>
    <system.webServer>
        <validation validateIntegratedModeConfiguration="false"/>

		<rewrite>
		  <rules>
			<rule name="Imported Rule 1">
			  <match url="^view/([0-9]+)/$" ignoreCase="false" />
			  <action type="Rewrite" url="viewdetail.php?id={R:1}" appendQueryString="false" />
			</rule>
			<rule name="Imported Rule 2">
			  <match url="^view/([0-9]+)$" ignoreCase="false" />
			  <action type="Redirect" redirectType="Found" url="/view/{R:1}/" />
			</rule>
		  </rules>
		</rewrite>

    </system.webServer>
</configuration>
