เป็น ReadOnly หรือว่าไม่มีสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไข Access ไฟล์หรือเปล่าครับ ลอง Right Click -> Properties -> Tab Security -> Add User -> Everyone -> Full Control

ผมก้เข้าไปกำหนดลิทธิเหมือนที่คุนว่าแล้ว มันก็
ยังทำไม่ได้คับ
