Our client is a leading Global Mobile Advertising Network with a strong focus on emerging markets. The company has been at the forefront of the Mobile Advertising revolution, in turn being evangelists, thought leaders and pioneers in this space.
They connect independent mobile developers and mobile application publishers to their network of advertisers. The company has grown from just two founders to a strong global team with offices in India, United Kingdom, and Singapore. Now the company is expanding its business to Thailand and Vietnam. They’re urgently looking for a young, energetic and qualified candidate to set up Thailand office.
Position Overview
The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible to grow Mobile Application Media on the network by identifying and partnering with Mobile Developers, Premium Publishers, OEM manufacturers and telecom operators to get exclusive and interesting revenue opportunities for monetization. Take care of end to end relationship management with Developers and publishers right from on boarding, servicing, and revenue management. This role combines elements of Sales, Business Development and Client Management.
Principal Responsibilities
- Drive business growth through mobile media on the network by partnering with mobile application developers, mobile media publishers and mobile operators.
- Build strategic alliances with OEMs, Appstores and Telco’s to achieve business goals
- Drive thought leadership of mobile eco system within the partner community
- Be an advocate for partner requirements internally, collaborating with product, technology & operation to refine competitive advantage
DNA – Essential Skills
- Strong track record in sales, business development, account management and P&L
- Excellent understanding of mobile eco system that comprise of app developers, mobile content providers, mobile media publisher, OEM, operators & Appstores
- Strong knowledge of key Mobile publishers and / or Developers in Local Market
- High level of exposure to mobile content business models
- Understanding of app developer community would be added advantage
- Exposure to market across the respective region
Competencies Required
- Proven ability to influence, develop and empower people to achieve objectives with a team approach
- Hunger to outperform in a fast growing environment
- Strong analytical skill with commercial awareness
- Self-Driven Individual who proactively identifies opportunities and makes things happen.
- Passionate about mobile eco system
- Excellent communication skills, especially strong presentation skills with a knack for consultative selling
- Creative flair and enthusiasm for new ideas and concepts
- Confident, passionate and enthusiastic attitude
Qualification:
- Master Degree in Business Administration
- Age not over than 35 years old
- Good Thai and English communication skills
- Enjoy working with start-up company
- Have connection with Mobile developers, Mobile service provider, Mobile media publishers, OEM manufacturers and Mobile operators
Experience: Min 7-9 years of Sales, BD & P&L in Digital Media / Mobile
Salary: 80,000 Baht + allowance + very attractive commission
Reporting to: GM Business Development, SEA
