- Company policy implementation and create a system to match the company policy.
- Planning the structure of the system.
- Monitoring, management and protect computer systems and fix the problem.
- To improve the system process were correct and prevent problems.
- Assign tasks to subordinates.
- Advise on the performance of the subordinate.
- Testing program and analyze program.
- Coordination with various departments to work smoothly.
- Support User to solve the problem.
- Make user manual and training program to User.
- Coordinate with Suppliers: To purchase equipment to IT maintenance.
- System Design, Database Design, Architecture Design in Java Platform Project
- Analyze users’ need and provide solution for users
Domain of expertise
- WEB : Java, JSP, HTML(5), CSS, jQuery
- DB : Oracle or SQL Server
- WAS : WebSphere & Tomcat
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a web developer as front-end with java based infrastructure
- Good communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and to flexible deadlines
- Adaptive English speaking/writing skills to communicate management level
- Quick learner that able gain new knowledge to try /adapting recent technologies as testing / practical use
- Knowledge of ERP program (SAP B1) will be plus
