Hi i need to set toast notification in my app, customer sets offer target price range on any product, when the admin provide the offers, like customer already set price range equals to admin offers price range. automatically send toast notification to customer. I am using windows phone 8 , C#, mysql and php. i don't have any idea about this. So can help me anyone how to do this or send me any examples

I have reviewed your given link but am not getting any idea for toast notification, in that example is tile notification, like i need toast notification, i am using mysql database and the user ll get target price offer from admin,The admin want to send toast push notification to user.This is my requierment. so let me know how to do this step by step.
