Returns terminal to normal (cooked) mode. Initially the terminal may or
may not in cbreak mode as the mode is inherited. Therefore a program
should call ncurses_cbreak() and
ncurses_nocbreak() explicitly.

Returns TRUE if any error occurred, otherwise FALSE.
