1. Restart เครื่องใหม่
2. เข้าไปดู Service ว่ารันหรือยัง ไปที่ Run พิมพ์ %SystemRoot%\system32\services.msc /s
Enter
3. ถ้ายังไม่ได้อีก Remove แล้ว Install ใหม่ครับ

ผมเคยเจอ พอดีลง iis ไว้ด้วย แล้วก็ sql server มันชนกัน ล่มหมดเลย ลองเช็คดูตั่งนาน ตอนแรกคิดว่าปิด iis แล้ว แต่ sql server รันอยู่เวลาที่ รัน appserv มันเอ๋อ remove และ install ใหม่ก็ไม่หาย สรุปต้องเอา iis + sql server ออกหมด ถึงจะหาย ลองดูนะครับ เพื่อจะเป็นเหมือนผม

ให้มันใช้คนละพอร์ตกันดีที่สุด
อย่างเช่น apache 80 iis 81 มันก็ไม่ชนกัน
mysql กะ mssql จะไม่ชนกันอยู่แล้ว
นอกนั้นก็ mail server ต้องเลือกเอาอันเดียวก็พอ
