We are after a web developer who is efficient in PHP, Javascript, AJAX and MySQL.
You must be able to read existing code and fix problems as they arise.
I am the project manager for a company based in Pattaya.
The job qualifications are:
* You must speak and write english as you will work with some westerners as well as other Thais.
We do not have the time to explain things repeatedly.
* You must be able to develop/modify extensions and plugins that we use for joomla applications.
* You must be able to work efficiently in PHP, Javascript, AJAX and MySQL
The working week is 10am - 6pm - Monday to Friday
Its just your basic IT package, with salary increasing over time. The actual rate can be discussed at a later stage, when we have begun a dialogue.
You will be working on 2 main sites. We are tourist related company only and need a full-time web developer to work as part of a team.
Also, this is not your usual office job. We sometimes get taken to destinations around Thailand for holidays. The office is not strict, but we do require promptness and loyalty and in return, you get the same back.
We have been in business for over 7 years, so the company is growing and we want those who can do the job, a great future with us!
We cannot work efficiently if we need to translate everything.
Other Thai staff have their own work to do and cannot spend all day translating for a coder.
We have IT meetings in English on a daily basis
I know some great Thai ASP coders who speak great English
I just need one who codes PHP
I am sure there must be someone in Thailand who can work for us :)
That's a great job for Thai people(Thaicreate member) who want to work with international company and good occasion to improve their skill both of programming and English language.
I have some question,
How about teamwork in your company?
If some one can develop good source code or find best practice of coding they willing to distribute to member or not?
