รบกวนอีกทีครับ จากโค้ดที่กรุณาให้มา ผมต้องออกแบบฐานข้อมูลยังไงอ่ะครับ แหะๆ แบบว่าพยายามอยู่แล้ว มันไม่บันทึกลงฐานข้อมูลครับ
