เปลี่ยนค่า where จาก $_GET[spID] เป็น $_POST[spID]
แล้วเอา ?CusID=<?=$_GET["spID"];?> ออกจาก action="a2.php?CusID=<?=$_GET["spID"];?>" เป็น action="a2.php"
