ลองเปิดที่ php.ini ดูครับ

ได้แล้วครับ แต่ผมใช้ phpPgAdmin แล้ว error นี้ครับ "Login disallowed for security reasons"

ในไฟล์ config ของ phpPGAdmin ลองปรับ
