ผมต้องเขียนการบันทึกลงข้อมูลยังไงครับ.....ตอนนี้ผมมีช่องกรอกข้อมูลอยู่ 2 ช่อง ๆ แรกคือ ชื่อ ช่อง 2 คือ รายละเอียด
